Old stuff 2015 - Hybride game : Underground - Student project
Underground was sci-fi hybrid game, between a strategy RPG and a board game.

I contributed to the artistic direction, was in charge of one of the 3 playable characters according to the intructions of our lead art. I also made 2D/3D assets and lighting.

The game used two tablets : One for the board. The other is "the companion" and is used for the interface.

Early concepts for Amy. She is one of the 3 playable characters. 

Amy needed to be a badass cyberpunk girl with a lots of blades and sharpened stuff. 
I first had in mind a realistic suit for close combat but was asked later to make a "lighter" suit.

This in-game version was intended to make 3D cinematics of the attacks and skills used between each action. Though, at the end of the project we did not have time to implement it.

As we worked on tablets (using Unity), we decided to stick to a 5-6k tri budget for each character. For the same reason, the final maps are 1k² for the characters and 512² for the weapons. 
We choosed a handpainted cartoonish style.

Reworked version to made the 3D printed model
For the 3D-printed version, we needed to rework all the thin parts, find a good posing to consolidate the printing and work on the plinth.

Old stuff 2015 - Hybride game : Underground - Student project

Underground was a 3 months project I made with a great team at Gamagora school (Lyon, France. 2015).

It was a sci-fi hybrid game, between a strategy RPG and a board game. It was played in co-op (1 to 3 players) using 2 android tablets, 1 connected dice and 3D-printed connected figurines.

Unfortunatly, it is now impossible to play it without all the set-up but it was a great experience.
